Games, Games, Games!

Right, discuss what kind of video games your into. For me it is mostly online games or long single player games with a good story. My current favorite online game is Combat arms. See the video below.



My other games I am in to are the wrestling games, football games, boxing games, and anything that involves a lot of story and gameplay.

I'm a big fan of RPG games. Fable, FFVIII, FFXII & Legend of Dragoon are my favorite games of all time, and I still play them to this day. GTA IV ties RPG's, because this game is just absolutely great. Here's a sample of one of 96 missions you can do:



Basketball video games come in second, and I will be getting NBA 2K9 this Tuesday. I'm not a huge fan of FPS, though Halo, Resistance and Call of Duty are some exceptions to the genre. Same as Oni, the more stories and gameplay, the better the game is for me.

I'm pretty much a RPG fan, (FF series, Fable, that kind of thing) though I will play any game that has a great storyline and good gameplay. I don't care about graphics that much, unless they take away from the game. I like racing games, FPS and TPS, and some fighting games, as well as classic platformers. Sonic Rules! I also play a few RTS games, though, sadly, the are being replaced by those cursed MMOs. Why Blizzard! Why did you have to ruin Warcraft!!!!!! Oh well, at least I still have Starcraft and Diablo.

Yeah, forgot about Racing games. Loved the Need for Speed series, except Pro Street. But I cannot wait for NFS: Undercover to come out, so Most Wanted holds me off. Wrestling games are at the top of my list too.

I have to agree, I was extremely dissapointed with Pro Street. It boggles me how they can go from a great game like Carbon to some GT look-alike.

Anywho, although I don't play an awful lot of games,  i'll admit i'm kinda hooked on Call Of Duty 4. Gameplay is great and i'm seriously thinking of going online with it.

GTAIV had a great story and that's it. Free play bores the bollox off me whilst, for some reason, I can never get bored of San Andreas.

OOC: I agree. GTA series is good, but it does get a little boring when the story is done. I also agree that Pro street wasn't that good. Thankfully, Undercover goes back to the old ways, though apparently this time, you play as a COP.

I forgot to say I LOVE Guitar Hero! 

I've heard that in the next one, you can download songs onto the game and it obviously formats it in some way so you can play them! If that's the case, my entire hard drive will be packed with Lordi and Motorhead!
